Tube electrode
Recording of EMG signals from the vocalis muscle
Our tube adhesive electrode, proven for 10 years, is now even better: numbered application papers, distance markings to the cuff, a printed center line, and extra-long contact surfaces – clever little features that make application easier. Our tube electrode can be used on various tube diameters, providing flexibility.
New: Electrode tube
Intubation and drainage in just one step
Our new technology saves valuable time because there is no need to attach an additional electrode.
The extra-long, conductive contact surfaces are amazingly tolerant of positional changes, and the tube remains flexible. Positioning the electrode on the vocal cords can be that quick and easy.
Saxophone Electrode ®
for permanent stimulation of the vagus nerve
Our Saxophone Electrode® provides you with one of the safest systems for continuous monitoring of the recurrent laryngeal nerve. This new technique, in which the vagus nerve is continuously stimulated outside the immediate surgical area, provides additional safety, especially during recurrent procedures.
The new Saxophone Electrode ® surrounds the nerve and adapts its shape to the anatomical structures. Thanks to the flexible, open design and the integrated electrodes, there is no risk of pinching the nerve. However, the Saxophone Electrode ® surrounds the vagus nerve sufficiently to ensure reliable stimulation and stable nerve signals.
Needle electrodes
Color-coded needle electrodes for recording or stimulation
Whether for single- or multi-channel recording of EMG and EP signals or for the stimulation of nerves and muscle tissue, the needle electrodes from Dr. Langer Medical GmbH offer the right selection for your neuromonitoring.
Different lengths, shapes and geometries as well as a variety of colors for your specific application – choose for yourself.
Monopolar stimulation suction cups
for subcortical mapping
The monopolar stimulation suction device enables subcortical stimulation and simultaneous suction of fluids and tissue in just one movement.
Areas of application: Continuous mapping during tumor resections near the pyramidal tract, spinal surgery, TOETVA.
Length 130 mm and 260 mm, with plug according to DIN 42802-1, individually sterile packed, single-use product, PE = 5 pieces
Subdural strip electrodes
with 4, 6 or 8 contacts
Detection of the central sulcus with AVALANCHE ® PLUS
The central sulcus can be identified using phase-reversed SEP measurements. The potentials, usually evoked by stimulation of the wrist (median nerve), are recorded directly from the cortex using strip electrodes.
Distance between contacts 10 mm, cable length 1.85 m, with plugs according to DIN 42802-1, individually sterile packed, single-use product, PE = 1 piece
Equipment trolley
For perfect positioning of our AVALANCHE ® SI at eye level
Sleek and ergonomic – functional and mobile. This is how our equipment cart, specially designed for our AVALANCHE ® SI neuromonitor, presents itself . With its storage areas, mounts, and concealed cable guides, as well as a drawer with plenty of space for accessories, a headbox, and a printer, it creates a tidy environment. This ensures nothing gets lost and our AVALANCHE ® SI neuromonitor is quickly ready for use at any time.
