Pixel CO2 laser for micro-ablation, deep thermal heating and tissue remodeling

Alma fractionated CO2 laser is a high-powered laser that adds unparalleled precision and innovation to outpatient medical care. Supporting today’s most advanced array of surgical tools, treatment results are enhanced with Alma’s CO2, leading to new possibilities in minimally invasive surgical outpatient treatment. FemiLift harnesses the power of fractional CO2 laser technology, the gold standard in skin tightening and rejuvenation, to achieve a deep thermal effect for vaginal collagen remodeling, without causing aggressive ablation (Figure B). CO2 laser energy is delivered to the vaginal tissue through a holographic lens that pixelates the beam to 81 microscopic pixels in a 9×9 ablation pattern. Microscopic columns of thermal effect penetrates deep into the submucosa, leaving the surrounding tissue intact. This allows faster healing as the mucosa of the vaginal wall is rejuvenated. The micro-ablative process contracts existing fibers and stimulates the formation of new collagen, rejuvenating the target tissue (Figure C).




FemiLift Smart:

This innovative robotic technology facilitates smart and homogeneous treatments, and is easily adjustable for varying indications and protocols. FemiLift Slim Probe For Narrower Anatomical Structures:

The new and hygienic, single use FemiLift Slim Probe was designed to fit women with inherently narrower anatomical structures, as well as those who have experienced anatomical or histological changes such as vaginal atrophy or tissue damage resulting from oncology treatments. Working with this slender probe follows the same protocol as with the standard probe.


FemiCam Diagnostic Probe:

The FemiLift vaginal camera is a diagnostic tool that enables physicians to visualize vaginal mucosa pre-and post-treatment and evaluate tissue reaction to laser treatment.
The camera is equipped with LED lighting which does not affect the tissue and can be connected easily to an Android tablet, allowing physicians to download recorded images for future analysis. This probe provides physicians with increased gynecological information based on their ability to view and record the area, and not only assess it through touch. It offers valuable data which lets them observe and evaluate the indication more accurately, better define the treatment, and ultimately achieve improved clinical results.
